Terms of Service

Surface is made and operated by TKN Studio ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of the Surface iOS app and our website. By using Surface you agree to them.

The service

Surface turns photos of surfaces (walls, signs, textures) into AI-generated wallpapers, posters, stickers, and stylized text. Free accounts include a limited number of transforms; Surface Pro unlocks unlimited transforms, watermark-free and high-resolution export.

Subscriptions

• Surface Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or yearly; the yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial), billed through your Apple ID.
• It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Use Restore Purchases in the app to recover an existing subscription on a new device.
• Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.

Your content

• You keep all rights to the photos you capture and, to the extent permitted by law, to the artworks you generate. We only store and process them to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy).
• Photograph responsibly: only capture what you're allowed to photograph. Third-party trademarks, logos, and artworks that appear in your photos remain their owners' property — a generated result does not give you rights to them, and commercial use of results containing them is your responsibility.
• Don't use Surface to create unlawful, hateful, or infringing content, and don't attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.

AI output

Generated results vary. We don't guarantee any particular quality or outcome, and we may change the underlying models to improve results.

Termination

You can stop using Surface and delete your account at any time (see Privacy Policy for how). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Website orders and pre-orders

Surface is not yet available on the App Store. On our website (street-to-art.web.app) you can reserve a plan, and where a paid pre-order is offered, the order is processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all website orders — Paddle handles payment, invoicing and sales tax, and Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply. A pre-order is a one-time payment for the first period of the plan shown at checkout (for example, one year of Surface Pro); that period starts on the day Surface launches, and no automatic renewal is set up by a pre-order. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before launch — see our Refund Policy.

Disclaimer & liability

Surface is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the app. Continued use means acceptance.
